Connect 3D Terms of Use

Welcome to Connect 3D, operated by Calilynx Studios AB (“Calilynx Studios”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Connect 3D, including online features, multiplayer services, subscriptions, in-game chat, user content, and related services.
By accessing or using Connect 3D, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Connect 3D.
1. Eligibility
You must comply with applicable laws and platform requirements to use Connect 3D.
If you are under the age required by applicable law in your country or region, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.
Connect 3D is not directed toward children.
2. User Accounts
Users may access Connect 3D through guest accounts or supported third-party account providers such as Apple or Google.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activities occurring under your account.
You may not:
- Share accounts with others
- Sell or transfer accounts
- Use another person’s account without permission
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Circumvent bans or restrictions through alternate accounts
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Online Services
Connect 3D includes online multiplayer services, rankings, matchmaking, chat, and other connected functionality.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue online services at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of servers or online functionality.
Temporary outages, maintenance, updates, technical issues, or platform-related interruptions may occur.
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
Connect 3D may offer optional recurring subscriptions and in-app purchases through platform providers such as Apple App Store and Google Play.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their platform account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund or cancel the current subscription period already paid for.
Billing, refunds, payment processing, taxes, and related matters are handled by the applicable platform provider and may be subject to their own terms and policies.
Subscription benefits, features, or rewards may change over time.
5. Player Conduct
Users must behave respectfully and comply with applicable laws while using Connect 3D.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or bully other players
- Use hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content
- Spam or disrupt gameplay
- Share illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to manipulate rankings or matchmaking
- Exploit bugs or unintended gameplay mechanics
- Use cheats, hacks, bots, automation tools, scripts, or unauthorized software
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the game or services
- Upload or share malicious software or harmful code
We reserve the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior.
6. Chat and Social Features
Connect 3D may include chat, messaging, profile customization, avatars, and other social features.
Users are solely responsible for content they share through these features.
Chat messages may be automatically filtered to reduce spam, offensive content, cheating-related activity, harassment, or harmful behavior.
Users may report other players for violations of these Terms.
Calilynx Studios may review reports, chat logs, account activity, and related information when investigating abuse, cheating, harassment, security issues, or violations of these Terms.
Users may mute, block, report, or otherwise restrict interactions with other players where such features are available.
7. User Content
Users may create, upload, customize, or share certain content within Connect 3D, including usernames, avatars, profile information, or other user-generated content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting User Content within Connect 3D, you grant Calilynx Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, and operate such content solely for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and maintaining Connect 3D services.
You may not upload or share User Content that:
- Infringes copyrights or trademarks
- Violates laws or regulations
- Contains illegal, harmful, abusive, or offensive material
- Impersonates other individuals or entities
- Violates privacy or publicity rights
We reserve the right to remove User Content at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
Connect 3D, including its software, design, artwork, graphics, music, audio, characters, trademarks, logos, gameplay systems, text, and other content, is owned by Calilynx Studios AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted by law, users may not:
- Copy
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Sell
- Commercially exploit
- Reverse engineer
- Decompile
- Create derivative works from
any part of Connect 3D without prior written permission.
9. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe content within Connect 3D infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, please contact:

- A description of the allegedly infringing content
- Information sufficient to locate the content
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
We may remove content or restrict accounts where appropriate.
10. Enforcement Actions
Calilynx Studios AB may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
We may take actions including:
- Warnings
- Chat restrictions
- Temporary suspensions
- Permanent bans
- Ranking resets
- Content removal
- Matchmaking restrictions
- Account termination
We reserve the right to take actions necessary to protect players, maintain fair gameplay, prevent abuse, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Connect 3D Privacy Policy.
By using Connect 3D, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Connect 3D is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calilynx Studios disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the game or online services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Calilynx Studios AB shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Loss of rankings
- Loss of virtual items
- Service interruptions
- Account restrictions
- User-generated content
- Third-party platform failures
Our total liability relating to Connect 3D shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
14. Termination
You may stop using Connect 3D at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to Connect 3D if:
- You violate these Terms
- We suspect abuse or illegal activity
- Required by law
- Necessary for security or operational reasons
Certain sections of these Terms shall survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related provisions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions become effective when published.
Continued use of Connect 3D after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Connect 3D shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
