Connect 3D Terms of Use

Welcome to Connect 3D! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the game and related services provided by us (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using Connect 3D, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the game.

1. Use of the Game

You may use Connect 3D for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use the game unless you have verifiable parental consent.

By connecting via Google or Apple, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to use the associated account.

2. Account and Access

To play Connect 3D, you may:

  • Play as a guest (a temporary account, deleted if you log out and in some cases after an update of the game)
  • Sign in using your Google or Apple account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Are associated with cheating, abuse, or harmful behavior

3. Multiplayer and Conduct

Connect 3D is an online competitive game. By playing, you agree to:

  • Play fairly and respect other players
  • Not use bots, hacks, or exploits
  • Not harass, spam, or offend other users in gameplay or chat

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts for misconduct.

4. In-Game Chat

The game includes a simple chat feature during matches. You agree not to use this feature to:

  • Share offensive or discriminatory content
  • Impersonate others or spread misinformation
  • Advertise or promote other services

Chat messages may be automatically filtered and are not stored long-term.

5. Free and Paid Versions

Connect 3D is available in three levels:

  • Guest Account – includes the most ads and some features are locked
  • Signed-in Account (Google or Apple) – fewer ads and more features unlocked
  • Subscription Service – no ads and no features are locked

All purchases are handled by your device’s app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Refunds are subject to the policies of those platforms – we do not issue refunds directly.

6. Rankings and Gameplay

Your ranking is based on match outcomes. Rankings may be reset or adjusted periodically. We reserve the right to:

  • Recalculate rankings due to technical issues or unfair play
  • Remove users from any ranking lists in cases of cheating or manipulation

7. Updates and Availability

We may update Connect 3D regularly to improve gameplay and fix issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue the game or features at any time without notice.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the game, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Loss of data or progress
  • Technical failures or interruptions
  • User-generated content or interactions
  • Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game

The game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Connect 3D shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
