Connect 3D allows users to permanently delete their account directly inside the app.
How to delete your account
- Open Connect 3D
- Sign in with your Google or Apple account
- Open Player Profile
- Select “Delete Account”
- Confirm the deletion request
Because account deletion is performed while the user is authenticated inside the app, no separate email verification process is required.
What happens when an account is deleted
When a deletion request is submitted:
- The account becomes inaccessible to other players
- The account is scheduled for permanent deletion
- Profile data, avatar data, multiplayer statistics, and related gameplay data are marked for removal
If the same user signs in again within 30 days, the account may be restored automatically.
After 30 days, the account and associated data are permanently deleted from active systems.
Data retention
Some limited technical information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or security systems for fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or financial record-keeping purposes.
This retained data is automatically deleted after a limited retention period.
Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions and purchases are managed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are not automatically canceled when an account is deleted.
Users must manage or cancel subscriptions through their platform provider.
